We use our mailing list to keep customers and friends informed about wine offers and events, and to ship orders. The information that you provide us will not be shared or sold to other companies except as required to fulfill orders. Third parties with whom we work, such as credit card processing companies and shipping companies, are required to keep all information they receive from us confidential and secure. We will maintain your information as long as your account is active and will record your transactions for financial and compliance purposes only. Through our purchasing process, the wines are sold to you in California and title passes to you in California when funds are collected for your purchase. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for the shipping of the wine, and at time of purchase you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship the wine to you. OVID is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment or shipping/delivery delays.
At OVID, we devote our time, energy and intelligence to producing the highest quality wines from this estate, and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within five days of the receipt of your order by emailing email@example.com. Please note that our production is extremely limited and there may be instances where we are not able to replace your order; we reserve the right to provide a different comparable wine or refund your original purchase price.
Errors and Omissions
While we make every effort to maintain this site impeccably, errors related to product description, pricing and availability may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors may cause and reserve the right to correct errors and omissions without prior notice and to cancel any offered product or service in the event of an error or omission.
